Last Price is the price the share for the last transaction.
Change is the difference between the current price and the previous day's closed price.
The number of shares or contracts traded in a security or an entire market during a given period of time is the Volume.
Low is the lowest price at which a stock traded during the course of the day.
High will be the highest price at which a stock traded during the course of the day.
